    What is the RCH casual cancellation Guide?

    In accordance with the provisions outlined in the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) Single Interest Employer Agreement 2024 -2028.

    • Subject to the minimum engagement period (or payment in lieu of), a casual Employee's engagement is terminable without prior notice by either party
    • The minimum engagement for a casual Employee is two hours
